… Unlike other tutoring centers where the sales pitch focuses on program highlights…., Brainy Learning Club’s director, Dr. A never brought up his center’s services in our conversation. Instead, he entirely focussed on our child’s needs and our objective of hiring a tutor. Dr. A patiently listened to my anecdotes about where my child is struggling and offered very thoughtful advice on how I could approach these “hitting the wall” situations differently. When I asked if this is something his tutors could help with, he spoke about his certified tutors and also pointed me to some online resources that could help my kids at home.
